Renovated visitor areas and renewed signage to support a great customer experience
The unique atmosphere of a historic, prestigious property
Eteläesplanadi 14, a property familiar to us, is known as the “Ahlström House” This historic landmark, built in 1937 and renovated in 2009, is situated on the edge of Esplanade Park. Previously, we designed the property’s main entrance, including signage and lighting, and now we had the opportunity to design Aventum’s lobby and guest areas.

Architecture as a creator of atmosphere
The property itself exudes elegance and history, much like Aventum, which has long been a key player in investment and corporate restructuring services. Aventum’s spaces are located on the building’s third floor, which features a impressive elevator lobby, guest and conference rooms, as well as a separate office area.
The design focused on the elevator lobby, entry space, and guest meeting rooms. The ambiance of the spaces communicates the company’s values of trust and timelessness.
The result: a fresh, stylish, and timeless ensemble
The soft and inviting first impression is created right in the elevator lobby, which serves as a waiting area and showroom, telling the success story of Aventum’s client work.
The renovations continue seamlessly into the central area of the guest facilities, adorned with original doors and baseboards, complemented by updated finishes and lighting.
Spaces that enhance
a pleasant customer experience
The conference rooms were designed to support various types of meetings and workshops. New furnishings, textiles, and lighting ensure comfort and flow for extended meetings. The cohesive signage and spatial communication style we designed support a great customer experience.
Our collaboration was based on open and transparent communication, which carried the project from its initial stages through to completion.
Our collaboration with Kakadu was excellent from start to finish. Their team was highly knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to reach. We highly recommend Kakadu!
