Courage and passion founded the elegant and authentic outcome

The current corporate brand of Bridge Properties Investment and Asset Management provided an excellent foundation for refining its identity. We enhanced the brand by adding more elegance, warmth, and personality, while also highlighting the company’s staff in a new way. BP’s mission is to deliver exceptional service and value creation for both local and international investors in the acquisition and management of assets. Its vision is to create impactful and measurable sustainable development, driven by customer-centricity and data-driven insights.

Agile and smooth collaboration

Our collaboration included a preliminary assignment and a creative workshop. The courage and enthusiasm to further develop a customer-oriented approach gave the project clear direction, which is also evident in the final result: the new look conveys sophistication, elegance, simplicity, warmth, personality, and authenticity.

On our table were the new identity and graphic design, photo planning, art direction, photography, web design, and the implementation of materials into daily operations.
The final result includes a new visual identity and guidelines, a new website, staff portraits, selected property images, Office365 and social media templates, and business cards. During the material onboarding training, we agreed that the results reflect Bridge Properties’ commitment to high-quality, customer-based operations and sustainable development.
