Reliable and impressive office space for a financial company
Vauraus moves to Kamppi
n 2018, we conducted spatial layouts on two office properties, assessing their suitability for the needs of the financial company Vauraus Suomi Oyj. The space located in Kamppi, with its preliminary design, emerged as the most suitable, and we embarked on designing the premises according to the principles of an activity-based office through co-development methods.
A few years later, in response to the pandemic, necessary updates were made to the office space to support hybrid work.

A cozy activity-based office
As with nearly all workplace projects, we collected data from the client as a basis for the design. Every square meter was put to effective use. We situated the break room separately from team workspaces, taking into account technical infrastructure, natural lighting, and the zoning of spaces. The plans emphasized high-quality choices for furniture, lighting, and materials, as well as soundproofing and acoustics.
We utilized both existing loose and fixed furniture and drew on the architectural ambiance of the building.
These choices supported the company’s values and sustainability goals, as well as met the expectations of their customer base when visiting the client spaces.

At the core of spatial design: functionality,
comfort, and visual identity
The utilization rate of the breakroom has remained high from the outset. The primary goal of the breakroom design was to facilitate culture, well-being, and the flow of information and interaction among employees.
Both the client’s own and rented artworks were taken into account during the design process, especially regarding furnishings and lighting.

The client’s original aim was to create functional and comfortable spaces. Additionally, the spaces needed to convey quality and prestige. As a result, the spaces communicate a sense of trust and convey the company’s expertise.
The spaces have worked exceptionally well and have received a lot of praise. The project went smoothly, and it was a pleasure to work with you!
