Ilmalan Airi
The harmonious union of sense and sensibility
Hartela’s new office building, Ilmalan Airi – the “little sister” of Ilmalan Aura – is set to be completed in the future in Helsinki’s Ilmala district. However, the upcoming five-story building was lacking its own identity. That’s when we were commissioned to create a unique personality for the property, as well as marketing materials to support leasing.
The design project involved designing the identity for the property: the name, concept, and marketing input. The new brand visual was expected to consider the essence of the already established Aura – also designed by us – and complement it as a balanced pair. In addition, the identity had to communicate the building’s modernity and high quality. Alongside the identity, the project also included designing marketing materials such as brochures and a website. Thus, Airi was born: a soft, fresh, and straightforward personality.
Our work in this project:
- Property branding
- Visual identity
- Graphic design
- Workshop facilitation
- Brand photography
- Web design and brochure
Straightforward yet light aesthetic
The visual identity created for the building supports this impression; light and gentle wave-like graphics express the idea of the building’s smoothly flowing daily life.
