The model space sparks ideas for versatile possibilities
Following ownership changes, the identity, signage, brochure, and website of Valimo 1, located in the Pitäjänmäki business area at Valimotie 1, were refreshed with a new, vibrant look. The seven-story property now features a clear wayfinding system and an inviting, stylish lobby, ensuring a smooth user experience from the moment you walk in.

Architectural
inspiration behind
the visual identity
The property’s distinctive and striking exterior served as the inspiration for the visual identity design which was further emphasized by the building’s original, restored ribbon windows. Together with our client, we dived into the history, present, and future of both the business area and the property itself and identified the key attractions of the area, which are set to grow significantly in the near future.
100 m² model space
On the top floor of the office building, a roughly 100 m² section was transformed into a modelspace, where we renovated the surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen according to our designs. The glass wall elements in the meeting rooms were updated to meet current standards, with particular attention paid to soundproofing.
The model space presents the versatility of the space and its atmosphere, allowing prospective tenants to envision how they can customize their offices. Tenants also have the option to utilize the design concept we designed and make selcetions from predefined color and material packages.
A property that
radiates crisp modernity
This comprehensive project with the property owner met all its goals, thanks to close collaboration with technical consultants and contractors. Our design paid attention to the needs of today’s working environments, regardless of industry: the spaces invite a wide range of businesses under one roof, where functionality is ensured both technically and visually. The spaces adapt naturally to companies of different sizes and their varying needs.
