Aleksi 30-34
A unique property in a prime location
A breeze of 1930’s spirit by the Senate Square
The robust red granite building in Aleksanterinkatu 30–34 went under comprehensive renovation after its long-time main tenant relocated to new premises. Along the much needed renewal of the technical installation, the main goal of the renovation was to enhance the property’s allure, reflecting its outstanding location while highlighting its unique architectural features.
Our work in this project:
- Property renovation
- Lobby area facelift
- Comprehensive interior architecture and project management
- Signage design
- Brochures and marketing materials
Striking design in the heart of the city
Our scope of work included all user-oriented solutions, the creation of two new entrances, and social areas. Additionally, we designed the property’s wayfinding signage and marketing materials. In the elevator lobbies, tenant visibility was elegantly showcased against perforated wall surfaces.
Brass details were consistently used throughout the building, from wall and floor tiling to signage elements. The typographic choices were inspired by the building’s historical era, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic that is designed to last.
Customizable
reference-level
designs for tenants
On the office floors, we designed permanent elements such as restrooms and staircases, while also providing high-quality reference designs for tenants to choose from, offering an elevated level of customization to suit their preferences.
