Eyes on the horizon in the harbour environment
Located amidst ships, cranes, and cargo containers at Vuosaari Harbour, the golden-hued office building, Gatehouse, offers stunning facilities for office, customer service, and logistics space needs. Being the tallest building in the area, the 13-story office tower provides breathtaking views from its windows, overlooking the heart of the logistics industry at the harbour and out to the sea.

Positive synergy benefits
Finnlines, the current owner and a tenant of the property for over ten years, invited our property developers to explore how positive synergies could be enhanced among the various operators in the area. We conducted an in-depth study of the harbor area, its businesses, and the property’s background. This thorough groundwork laid the foundation for creating a new visual identity for the building. As a natural extension, we designed a matching website, a marketing brochure, and marketing floor plans to support the leasing of available spaces.
The marketing floor plans included two examples that meet the current office space requirements.
The visual identity is inspired by the harbor environment and the property’s bold architecture, where colors, clear graphics, and striking materials, such as the building’s wavy façade panels, are prominently featured.
